This is a dark rom com, adult romance styled book and I specifically listened to the audiobook version narrated by Kelsey Navarro Foster, Sean Crisden, Gregory Salinas, and Theo Sinclair. 

The main female character is a tall, beautiful blonde who works as a cleaner and during a job she finds herself at the scene of a murder. To her surprise the guys doing the murdering is part of a biker gang who she somehow keeps finding herself in their path. 

1. She's been writing letters to a guy names Levi who is a prison inmate who she meets when he gets out and it goes sideways. 

2. X is one of the guys who killed the guy at the murder house but he ends up falling madly in love with her and she thinks he's "Psycho"

3. Whip is a guy she hires after her best friend encourages her to "discover herself" but she is a 30 year old virgin and she just wants to get over that hurdle. 

None of this probably makes sense and it all sounds a little crazy but I hope it intrigues you to listen! 

All I can say is I am waiting not very patiently for the next book, because the ending has a twist that I was not expecting, and the best way I can explain it without giving it away is it reminds me of squid games.

Book 2 - Iron Flame (Savannah's Opinion) : Book two in my opinion was a step up from book one. I read this book with a lot more curiosity and anticipation. Iron flame showcases more power, romance, side character development, it branches off from regular school life to survival training. I didn't particularly enjoy the ending only because it reminds me of a similar development in another book series and the heartache and trauma I went through book after book honestly made me worry about what is to come in this book series and I hope Rebecca Yarros doesn't do us dirty by dragging the situation out and or break our souls.
